Clay knows Florida's First Coast. From its miles of pristine beaches and coastal waterways to its urban and historical charm. Clay believes that the First Coast is Florida's best kept secret. Clay grew up on Fleming Island and graduated from Clay High School in 1993 as a state champion wrestler. He then moved on to become a firefighter-paramedic for Nassau County Fire Rescue spending over twenty years stationed on Amelia Island. Clay and his family have lived in St. Johns County since 2005. They spent the first 9 years in northern St. Johns. However, they moved to Anastasia Island to be closer to the beach in 2014 due to a shared love of surfing with his son. Clay grew up, worked, lived and played in the First Coast area his entire life. This is why he became a realtor. He knows what makes this area so special and he wants to share that with you.
When Clay is not selling real estate or putting out fires, he enjoys the simplicity of "Island Life." He enjoys watching the sunrise from the comfort of his surfboard or walking his dog to the local diner for his favorite omelet. Clay is also a skilled carpenter, and has an eye for detail. He has worked in both residential and commercial construction in his days off from the fire station in his early years.
Why choose Clay as your realtor? He has the ability to listen to your needs and do the research to get you what you want. Clay is dedicated, loyal and trustworthy. He is client focused and committed to providing the finest real estate experience for all of his clients. He is excited to hear from you.
